Group VII will be participating in a Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Mass Casualty Exercise. This will be multi-agency disaster training event that will include ELT search, triage, 1st Aid, Extraction, landing zone preparation, crash site security, line search, other ES Tasks.

The event will be on 11 May 2011. Note this is on a Wednesday. The CAP mission will begin about 0700 and conclude in the late afternoon. Also, all participants must be at least GES qualified to participate and have at least a 24-hour pack available.

If you are available and interested in participating in this event, please reply to my email and I’ll direct you through the registration process. Remember, you need to complete General Emergency Services, or GES, to participate.
